My journey began in 2011 as a solopreneur—no clients, no revenue, and no team. Over the next decade, I spearheaded the Korean expansion of a unique global marketing agency. I grew it into a powerhouse with over 20 employees, generating billions in revenue and securing long-term partnerships with 30+ top-tier global brands.
